Take your materials and head over to the Tree of Whispers before dropping down to the Malignant Burrow. You can avoid its attacks by using appropriate dodge movement skills or evasion skills since they don't hit hard.

The mission will only start when you reach Tier 4 World. This stage is pivotal because only at that difficulty level will Uber Varshan appear. Although certain required summoning materials can be found in Tier 3 World, they become more abundant at this stage (Tier 4 World).
