In Diablo 4, the joy of getting rare items once relied purely on random events. However, with the inclusion of Season 3, the game took a different twist. Presently, a few most powerful bosses in Sanctuary have been seen to drop uniques way often. This has given players relief and a clearer path into acquiring what it is they want for their builds. ↖ Varshan

How to Summon?

You can still summon Varshan from season one to three. Travel to Whispering Tree; do some quests there! You might be lucky enough to get Varshan's body parts as rewards from this tree if you collect all parts then you can bring back Varshan at the tree. Do remember that world tiers 3 and 4 are where these parts are found.

How to Summon?

The boss can only be summoned by farming Nightmare Dungeons at Level 30 or greater in world tier 4 until Distilled Fear is acquired. After acquiring enough you can go to Occultist where you shall make a relevant Nightmare Dungeon Key which then allows entry into The Beast dungeon.
